Man Charged In Attack On Teenage Girl

A 26-year-old Fargo man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.

 

 

 

 

A 26-year-old Fargo man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.

Bashir Noor is accused of grabbing the girl in the 100 block of 23rd Street South on Saturday afternoon.

Police said he forced the girl into a sheltered area where she was attacked. The girl got away and people living in the neighborhood helped catch Noor.
