At least one funnel cloud was spotted by a storm chaser near Blaisdell, N.D.
Several reports of large hail stretching from Ward County to Stutsman County were reported. The largest hail reported was 2 inch hail that hit Wishek.
A thunderstorm dumped about a half inch of rain at the KFGO Studio and also produced lightning and thunder.
A lightning strike caused a small fire in Dilworth, with only minor damage to a mobile home in the Park Lane Trailer Court.
The National Weather Service said strong winds toppled trees in Larimore.
Winds were clocked at 58 mph at the Grand Forks Air Force Base.
