FARGO, ND - One big mess for some homeowners in North Fargo.
They're dealing with sewer back-up in their basements. KFGOs Don Haney says city officials, including Fargo, ND, mayor Dennis Walaker, have been on the scene.
At least 30 homes have been affected. Haney says a contractor was testing a rebuilt sewer line when something went wrong.
A large plug broke lose and caused the back-up. The fire department and health department employees were also sent to the neighborhood.
The city says the contractor, Dakota Underground, is likely responsible for the damages.
