2009-11-21

FARGO, ND - A Fargo, ND, doctor who lost his North Dakota medical license more than a year ago has been reprimanded by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

Rodney Lee owned and operated Rapid Care clinics in Fargo, Moorhead, Grand Forks and Detroit Lakes when he was accused of poor tracking of narcotics and bad record keeping.

The Minnesota board also placed several restrictions on Lee. He is not allowed to prescribe controlled substances and any practice must approved by the board.

Lee can petition for reinstatement of an unconditional license if he completes an educational plan.
