Beth Bouley, Grand Forks, Pays It Forward

She's getting gift cards to send to a Long Island New York man, Mark Tarantino, who helped them rebuild when they were flooded out in 1997. He drove 1700-miles and spent two-weeks helping Beth and her husband rebuild.
