Gen. David Sprynczynatyk

Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota National Guard adjutant general, announced late Tuesday that two soldiers assigned to the 818th Engineer Company (Sapper) were killed in action Dec. 3 while on duty in Afghanistan.
