North Dakota Highway Patrol: Deadly Year on ND Roads

After the week of the 4th of July, the North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) wants to make sure everyone knows the dangers of drunk drving. NDHP says, "52% of all fatal crashes this year have been caused by alcohol, resulting in 38 fatalities".
