ND Rep. Corey Mock

Upset over a bill killedin the House Education Committee that would have allowed low-income kids (K-3rd grade) to get milk during their milk break. Right now, there are thousands of kids that don't get milk because they can't afford the milk and it's not paid by the Federal government.
