Eduardo Garcia takes our group to a sophisticated dairy farm in Mexico. They milk 2000 head three times a day on a carousel that holds 80 head at one time. Garcia talks about the future of dairy and the current state of it in Mexico. These dairies purchase soy meal from the US to help feed their cattle. Mexico is our number two buyer of soy from the US.
